Detailed description:

Instruction:

* Plug the power supply into AC,220v outlet.
* Remove the shield on the cutter. Adjust the strip cut point as the wire size you want, then loose the stable cutter and headless hexagon socket head cap screw.
* Turn adjustive nut (adjust the blade size, clockwise is large, and anticlockwise is small ),in general, please adjust the blade size bigger than the wire size. then adjust and fix nuts.
* Finish adjusting the limit pin and locking, take on the shield.
* Turn on the power button, The engine started up immediately
* Please insert the varnished wire into it, it will run.

Stripping method

1. Put the head of the wire which is need stripping in the middle of the the knife rest. Switch-on the power to start the motor
2. Move the head of the wire follow the reverse of axes.
3. Switch -off the power. motor stop running.

Attention

1. When you stripping different standard of enameled wire, we can adjust the speed adjuster at the end of the machine (1 gear slowest .6 gear fastest). For small diameter wire you adjust to the “slow” gear and for big diameter wire you need adjust to the”fast”If one time have not stripping cleanly, you need improve speed to stripping cleanly. If wire damage during you adjust the speed, you need slow the speed until fit the wire .follow the method infront to adjust speed to fit different diameter of wire.
2. The machine shell must connet to ground safety.
3. Before you stripping the wire, you should pull straight the wire to aviod wire can not get the middle of the blade.
4. After a long time use, you can take off the cover to clean paint powder.
